Privacy

Data we collect

• Orders: email address, order reference, payment status, licence key, timestamps of activations and downloads.
• Mailing list (optional, with unsubscribe): email address and subscription date.
• Technical: a per-IP request counter, kept briefly to limit abuse.

What we do not collect

No data from your game account, no screenshots, no client session logs. The bot processes those on your machine.

Purposes and retention

Order data is used to deliver and protect the licence (aligned with the life of the business relationship). Technical data is kept only as long as needed for abuse limitation.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection: [email protected]. The payment provider processes payment data under its own terms; BOT-WOW never stores card numbers.
