You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked.
Simply send an email to support@bot-wow.com with your payment reference (found on your Stripe receipt). Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
After 14 days, a refund can no longer be guaranteed, as the Software is sold as lifetime access and has already been delivered. We nevertheless remain available to help with any technical issue.
