Terms of sale

1. Subject. BOT-WOW sells a licence to use the Casinobabe fishing utility software, on one Windows machine. The licence is personal and non-transferable.
2. Price. €20.00 incl. tax, one-time payment. The amount and the currency are fixed by the seller and displayed before payment.
3. Delivery. The licence key and the download link are sent by email once payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
4. Activation. One licence activates one machine. The machine-change procedure is documented.
5. Duration. The licence is granted without time limit; updates of the 1.x branch are included.
6. Use. The software automates a game client. The buyer bears the risks of automation alone, including any suspension of their game account.
7. No earnings warranty. No yield, no success rate and no absence of ban risk is warranted.
8. Governing law. French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent French courts are the only ones seized.
