Frequently asked questions
Straight answers. If a question is missing, write to [email protected].
What exactly does the bot do?
It fishes, the way a careful human would: it casts, watches the
float with calibrated computer-vision checks, clicks when the bite arrives,
and keeps looping. It memorises every spot it visits and computes optimised
rounds to keep them in rotation. It is a fishing-only product: no
combat, quests or battleground automation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the browser demo runs the real
planner on simulated data, with no account and no install. The bot itself is
a paid product; we do not ship time-limited binaries.
How much does it cost?
€20 once, for life. No subscription, no renewal, no seat limits
beyond one machine per licence. The full list of what is included is on the
pricing section of the home page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Mollie's checkout. The amount and the
currency are fixed server-side, so the page cannot be talked into charging a
different price. A manual bitcoin lane also exists: you contact support, the
payment is verified, then an admin issues the licence explicitly. If the
checkout fails, the buy button says so instead of pretending, and the fallback
form puts you straight in touch with support.
Can I get banned for using it?
Automation tools can violate a game server's terms of service,
and intensive automation is detectable through behaviour analysis. We do not
promise safety we cannot prove. Use an account you are prepared to lose — the
compatibility page covers this in detail.
Does it work on private servers?
That is our reference environment and it is tested there, on
Classic 1.13. Retail and other Classic versions are not tested and
therefore not supported.
Can it move my character between spots?
Partially. The odometer and movement controller exist and pass
unit tests, but full spot-to-spot travel is still being validated in game;
the statuses on the features page are kept
accurate as this progresses.
What happens if my character dies?
Today: the bot stops safely and asks for a human to handle the
corpse run. An automated recovery is planned and being implemented —
but until it proves itself in game, we keep the safe stop.
My antivirus flags the executable / what it does.
Screen-capture and synthetic-input utilities sometimes trigger
heuristics. The install guide documents exactly which Windows APIs the bot
calls, and the distribution package carries a SHA-256 manifest so you can
verify what you received.
How do updates work?
Updates of the 1.x branch are included in the lifetime licence;
they ship as new versioned packages with release notes. Receipts: license
keys are re-sent by support on request.
Refunds?
A refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase as long as
the licence has not been activated on a machine, plus persistent-download
failure and double-charge cases. The full procedure is on the
refund policy.
